The following are the rates we use on T&M / GMAX type Projects:

CAD Rates: $60.00 Per Hour
These rates are used when our CAD operators are utilizing work already created or doing general AutoCAD work such as Architectural backgrounds and drawing scrubs.

Detailing Rates: $90.00 Per Hour
These rates are used when our union detailers work with project submittal and contract document information and create shop drawings for coordination, fabrication, and installation.

Lump Sum Pricing:
We can price a job from mechanical drawings only. We do, however, prefer a full set. Project specifications must also be provided.

Printing:
Please provide the name, contact name, phone number, and eMail address of a blueprint company most convenient to you. We have the technology to send the completed drawings via the internet so they can be printed near you. The drawings can also be emailed directly to you if you have printing capabilities. CAD Man Do's price does not include printing cost.
